With the performance-based model, you only pay when a candidate results in a successful hire. At VerityHunt, this model offers added security, as payments are split into two installments.
- Placement Payment:
50% of the placement fee is invoiced on the candidate’s first day of employment — no costs before this stage. - Probation Payment:
The remaining 50% is payable upon the successful completion of the candidate's probation period, ensuring you're only fully charged when the candidate proves to be the right fit in the long term.
Note: Fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary and tailored to the complexity and number of roles.

- Flat Sourcing Deposit:
The initial deposit secures dedicated resources for tailored market insights & comprehensive sourcing campaigns. The deposit is deducted from the hiring fee in two equal parts. - Placement Payment:
Once the candidate is hired, 50% of the remaining fee is invoiced on the candidate’s first day. - Probation Payment:
