Challenge
St8 needed to rapidly expand its TechOps team to manage the increased workload and ongoing growth of the aggregator. Operating with no internal HR/ recruitment department, the team sought an end-to-end recruitment solution that would include a 360° recruitment setup.

- • Conducting a detailed hiring kickoff to help the team define the job description and candidate requirements.
