To keep up with the business expansion, the team is looking to onboard a key Account Manager in Tallinn’s HQ (ScalaCity, Tartu mnt 43).
What you will do in this role?
- Manage & grow St8’s network of casino operators.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction & retention.
- Monitor client performance, providing insights & recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address & resolve issues promptly.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming account management (both business and technical)
- Skilled in managing a growing client base with strong prioritization and adaptability
- Data-driven mindset: proficient in analyzing client business data and creating custom reports for operational and strategic initiatives
- Proven experience in proactive account management, strategic planning, and pipeline nurturing
- Excellent written & spoken English (C1 or higher) to work in an international setting
- Knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance across 3-5 global regions is a plus
