Who said it would be easy? Starting a recruitment agency when much of the market is busy with layoffs… A walk in the park, right?
Well, let’s recap how 2024 actually went for our team.
The fluctuations (read: turbulence!) in the talent market definitely kept us on our toes throughout the year. From decreased candidate pass-through rates as a lingering effect of layoffs to the tricky mismatch between top talent’s expectations and the budget constraints of many teams — the challenges were real.
With all its ups and downs, 2024 has been nothing short of breathtaking for our small but mighty team of 5 💪 But instead of a lengthy report, we’d like to share 3 key achievements that make us especially proud:
